A Cumbrian travel agency is providing advice and support throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.
Cumbria Travel which serves Cumbrian holidaymakers has made a commitment to ensuring customers are kept up-to-date and informed with the latest travel guidance from the government, airlines and hotels during this extremely difficult and worrying time.
In a statement earlier this week the company wrote:
“We hope you are keeping well and safe under these horrendous times. We would like to confirm that as per the government announcements last week that the shop is indeed closed with a reduced team working hard from home to help and ensure all our clients affected are looked after and receive the best possible customer service, in the same way, Cumbria Travel always does.”
“We ask that if your holiday has not yet been affected with the current FCO Travel Ban that you do not contact us, this will allow us to get to our clients who have been affected as quickly and efficiently as possible, we will strictly be focusing on clients on date of departure order.”
“This week and for the foreseable we will be working from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday in an attempt to clear anything outstanding and start to post some future holiday deals & offers in the hope it gives you & ourselves something exciting to look forward to when this horrible experience leaves us.”
“Let’s look to the future. We hope that all our clients past & present continue to trust and believe in us so we can get back to doing what we do best when we are allowed.”
“We will get through this, but we need you to continue supporting us.”
