BRAND new to Ru Pauls Drag Race Divina Da Campo is to hit the stage this month and February in an all-star celebrity adult pantomime - Sinderella.
Joseph Purdy Productions are delighted to be bringing Adult Pantomime back to the UK this coming January and February!
Join Cinderella to see if despite the best efforts of her two evil step sisters and wicked Step Mother, Baroness DDC played by Divina De Campo from Ru Pauls Drag Race UK, still makes it to the ball with the help of her Fairy Drag Henny - Stacy Layne Matthews from Ru Pauls Drag Race Series 3 and All Stars Series 4.
Cinderella’s evil step sister Fifi will be played by ‘Jamie Campbell’ the original inspiration behind the West End hit ‘everyone’s talking about Jamie’. Joining Jamie as Prince Charming is Britain’s Got Talent 2019 Semi Finalist, Rob King.
Freshly announced David Potts will be taking to the stage as Dandini, David is best known for his head rep position of Ibiza Weekender and also appearances on shows such as Celebs Go Dating and Celebs On the Farm. David will appear at all venues with the exception of Camberley on the 31stJanuary.
David Potts one of the stars commented "Rehearsals are in full swing, we have a really good cast and the show is super funny, we've been laughing non stop! Everyone is in for a real treat!" Joe Purdy, Executive Producer commented "I'm super excited to hit the road this January and February, it's been a labour of love and I'm delighted that all venues across the tour are either sold out or close to selling out. Drag Cult has been such a phenomenon in the UK with the likes of Drag Race UK launching this year and I'm delighted we are able to offer a show that's quite different to any other product on the market that people are really getting behind. We've just finished day 1 of rehearsals and i can assure you, you'll leave with an aching jaw from laughing!"
Sinderella will mark the first time anyone from Ru Pauls Drag Race will appear in Pantomime in the UK and Joseph Purdy Productions are delighted to have secured stats from Both Ru Pauls USA and the first series of Ru Pauls UK. The long await first series of Ru Pauls Drag Race airs from October 3rd2019 on BBC i-player, start your engines as it promises to be a series not to forget!
The show promises to be full of fun, filth and very mischievous.
