The Lion and Lamb in Gosforth have decorated their premises with flags and signs to show their appreciation towards the NHS and those working on the frontline.
Richard Mawson, owner of the pub commented: “All of us here at the Lion & Lamb and across our other pubs have a lot of respect and appreciation for all that the NHS heroes are doing"
“With the Lion being central in Gosforth we hope that the NHS staff who commute through Gosforth see our display and we hope it puts a big smile on their face!"
