Treacherous weather brings dangerous roads and accidents across Copeland

Current Updates:

The road is shut southbound between the A597 near Distington and the B5306 at Howgate due to an ongoing RTC.

- Throughout St Bees, and near to St Bess School are said to be very flooded and dangerous.

- The backroad between Moor Row and Woodend is blocked due to another accident.
